Drink Water
Water is the essential element of our bodies. So, drink up. Water keeps your skin hydrated and plump and helps remove toxins. Your goal should be to have at least eight glasses a day. That may sound like a lot. After all, eight 8-ounce glasses are 64 ounces or a half gallon of water per day. A good way to determine your personal water quota is to divide your weight, in pounds, by two. The result is the number of ounces of water you should drink per day. If you weigh 125 lbs., you are recommended to drink 62.5 ounces of water each day. If you need a break from all of that water, green tea is rich in antioxidants and has beneficial anti-inflammatory properties that help protect skin cells from damaging free radicals caused by exposure to environmental pollutants and too much sun.
